76 The Borough is a new hi tech industrial workspace project in the heart of Marrickville. The project consists of four storeys of small footprint commercial workspaces over ground floor showroom and retail spaces with basement parking below. The refined industrial aesthetic of the project is delivered through a palette of off form concrete, timber, sharp metal cladding and cleverly shaded glazing. The project is being built by Trescon, and is due for occupation by tenants in June this year.

An alterations and additions project for a young family in Northbridge is now well underway on site. Approved under CDC, the project consists of a new master suite infilling the deep setback and new 2 storey living spaces opening up to district views and the northern sun. Construction is due for completion at Christmas time.

Alterations and additions to an existing bungalow in Bronte, the project retains the existing formal rooms at the front of the house adding a 2 storey pavilion at the rear, with new outdoor entertaining area and a pool. DA approved by Waverley Council in late 2020, construction is scheduled to commence in June 2021.

Robinsons Run

Robinson’s Run is a new five bedroom home located on a 70 acre bush block Kangaroo Valley. Originally conceived as a weekender for the owners, the project brief has evolved to provide boutique short stay accommodation. Construction is due to be completed by the end of July this year, with the first guests arriving in August. BMA are providing both architectural and interior design services on the project. Tool Shed

Alts and adds to an existing 80's house in Riverview to rationalise the existing house and add new space to create a family home for the next 15 years for the owners. Approved under DA and CDC, BMA optimised the approval strategy to minimise the time within Council. Construction commenced in early 2021 with works due for completion in August.

East Coast Bike Park

The vision for this project is to develop Australia’s first commercially operated, purpose built mountain bike park. The project includes approximately 70kms of trail, uplift infrastructure including a chairlift and road network, food and beverage outlets, administration, training and maintenance facilities, event infrastructure and a range of accommodation options. The project is at master planning and concept stage

This project is the refurbishment of a CBD Art Deco warehouse building currently in use as a boarding house. BMA are working in close collaboration with Chada, who bring their extensive experience in hospitality design to the team. Our client’s vision is for a contemporary 4 star hotel celebrating the original building fabric, with 44 rooms, a restaurant and three bars (a basement speak-easy, a street level lobby bar and a roof top venue). The project is currently being assessed by City of Sydney for planning approval
