Boronia, located in the creative arts and industry precinct of Byron Bay, is
a collection of 16 boutique warehouses located amongst the trees on the site of the old Bells Ice factory. Designed with flexibility in mind, the various footprint warehouses have options to be a perfect workplace, a last mile distribution store, or a trade base or office.
