We have recently completed a comprehensive renovation of our apartment and could not be more delighted. The project was on time, on budget and has exceeded our expectations!
We engaged Belbore Project Management who provided us with a short list of architects to consider and we finally selected Bennett Murada Architects to firstly assist us with the conceptual design stage.
Our initial consultation with Dom Bennett went well whereby we presented him with a detailed brief of what we would like to achieve, however when we next met with Dom he presented an overall design that surprised us as the proposed design had literally changed the entire configuration of our 160sqm apartment yet we were inspired by such a bold layout plan that we agreed to proceed.
Once all parties in the strata block had officially authorized approval of the layout, Dom engaged with us and was instrumental in ensuring our collaboration with him and his team was both productive and seamless.
We really appreciated Dom’s guidance as he led us through each part of the design whilst drawing out our needs and sensitivities to a wide range of finishes as his team worked to combine the whole.
During the construction stage Dom attended site meetings and worked hand in glove with both the builder and project manager. Over time we became very confident that we had contracted a highly skilled architect and that the professional working relationship between architect, builder and project manager was going to yield us a wonderful new residence.
To attest to the level of our confidence we had to travel abroad for 2 months as the project was well underway but finishes had not been installed. We returned just two weeks after completion.
As we approached the front door we had a detailed understanding of what to expect as we had lived and breathed the process like many who have gone before us, yet when we entered and walked through our new residence our expectations were not only met but exceeded.
We are profoundly grateful to Dom and Jacki Bennett and their team at BMA.
